Julien Saigault

Julien Saigault is an infrastructure and energy professional with approximately 15 years of experience in strategy and transactions across Europe, Central Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. They have held director-level positions at EY-Parthenon and EY, specializing in project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory within the energy sector. Currently, Julien engages with the European Industrial Alliance on Small Modular Reactors while serving as a Senior Director in Project Finance & Infrastructure Advisory at EY. They are pursuing a doctorate in nuclear energy and complex infrastructure financing, building on their education at esteemed institutions such as SDA Bocconi and HEC Paris.
