Kelsey Gray

Kelsey Gray is a seasoned professional in transaction diligence, currently serving as a Director at EY since January 2019, following roles as Assistant Director and Senior Executive within the same field. Prior to EY, Kelsey worked at Grindrod Bank from June 2016 to December 2018 as an Investment Banking Analyst, specializing in deal structuring and commercial due diligence for corporate acquisitions and mergers. Kelsey's career began at Deloitte from January 2013 to April 2016, where significant contributions were made as an Audit Senior, including a secondment to Atlanta for an audit of Ocwen Financial Corporation, as well as relevant experience in BASEL III Regulatory auditing with Grindrod Bank Limited. Kelsey’s early experiences included tutoring and hospitality roles, complemented by academic qualifications that include a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Science in Finance from the University of Cape Town.
