Kim Alto

Kim Alto, CCP, PHR, has extensive experience in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Associate Director of Compensation at EY since April 2008, after progressing from the Assistant Director role. Prior to joining EY, Kim Alto worked as a Consultant at Compensation Resources, Inc. from October 2003 to April 2008 and gained valuable analytical skills as a Market Research Analyst at IPSOS Loyalty, Inc. from July 2000 to October 2003. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Seton Hall University.
