Kim Billeter

Kim Billeter is an experienced leader in the field of people consulting and HR transformation, currently serving as the EY Global and Americas People Consulting Leader since February 2014. In this role, Kim oversees business operations, resource management, and client relations across the Americas and Israel. Previously, Kim was the Principal and Global HR Transformation Leader at EY, focusing on developing methodologies and addressing HR transformation challenges. Prior to joining EY, Kim was the Global Practice Leader for HR Service Delivery at Willis Towers Watson. Kim holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Florida Southern College.
