Louise Griffiths

Louise Griffiths is an experienced professional in talent intelligence and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Intelligence Manager at EY since August 2021, and previously as the Insights & Engagement Manager for the UK&I Talent Search & Intelligence. Prior to EY, Louise was a Resourcing & Engagement Partner at Balfour Beatty plc, where leadership of a team within a newly formed attraction and engagement team was crucial in developing proactive attraction strategies. Previous roles include Recruitment Advisor at Doosan Babcock, where significant projects in engineering were managed, and Scientific Consultant at Kelly Scientific Resources and SRG, both specializing in scientific recruitment across various industries in Scotland. Early career experience includes administrative support at TRAC International Ltd. Louise holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry with IT & Instrumentation from Glasgow Caledonian University.
