Mark Spandler MBE

Mark Spandler MBE is currently a Business Resilience Leader at EY UK&I, where they oversee the Health & Safety responsibilities across 25 offices and a workforce of over 20,000. They previously served as a Lieutenant Colonel and Commanding Officer of the Army Training Unit Scotland, where they guided civilians in becoming Army Reserve soldiers. With extensive experience in crisis management and security risk management, Mark has held director roles at G4S, including overseeing operations in Nigeria and Afghanistan. Mark earned a BA (Hons) in Business & Economics from the University of Wolverhampton and a PG Cert in Safety & Risk Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
