Matt Cohen

Matt Cohen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across major firms. At Ernst & Young from October 2020 to June 2023, Cohen served as Partner/Principal and Deputy Leader for Americas Pursuits & Commercial Excellence, in addition to leading the Americas Strategic Deals Team and acting as Managing Director for Americas Deal Shaping. Prior to this, Cohen was a Senior Manager at Deloitte from October 2011 to April 2014, contributing to global corporate development and leading significant acquisitions, including the acquisition of Monitor Group. Earlier in the career, Cohen worked as a Senior Associate at Macquarie Capital and Giuliani Capital, specializing in investment banking and strategic consulting, with a focus on security, defense, and renewable energy. Cohen also served as Head Manager for Northwestern Basketball and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business, along with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Northwestern University.
