Michael Clifford

Michael Clifford is currently a Director at EY, where they serve as a strategic advisor to governments at various levels on investment, economics, and strategy. They began their career at the London Borough of Newham, progressing from a graduate on the CIPFA scheme to Deputy Chief Accountant, overseeing financial controls for a significant capital program. Michael then worked as an Executive Advisor at KPMG, focusing on strategy and advisory for local and central government. Additionally, they serve as a trustee and Hon. Treasurer for The Nurture Group Network. Michael holds a BSc Honours degree from Loughborough University, which they completed in 2008.
