Mohamed Hussain Paravengal

Mohamed H Paravengal is a highly experienced tax professional currently serving as a Senior Manager in the International Tax and Transactions Services (ITTS) team at EY since August 2022. With a strong background in managing complex international tax advisory and transaction tax assignments, Mohamed has successfully overseen projects involving Tax Due Diligence, legal document review, tax structuring, and financial model assessments, including significant initiatives for a Sovereign Wealth Fund's outbound investments and IPO preparations in the financing sector.
