Nate Hanafy is currently a Partner and Principal at Ernst & Young, a position held since 2019. Previously, Nate served as Executive Vice President at Orion Business Innovation from 2017 to 2019 and co-founded Vernalis, where they led global growth strategies from 2008 to 2017, culminating in the company’s sale to Orion. Earlier in their career, Nate held roles at Johnson & Johnson and as a Product Manager at Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2008. In addition to their professional endeavors, Nate has been a dedicated volunteer with New York Cares since 2003. Nate earned a BA from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in 2001.
