Nathanael Williams

Nathanael Williams is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in investment, mergers and acquisitions, and community leadership. Currently serving as a Cohort Member at EY and a Fellow at the Black Wealth Club, Nathanael focuses on elevating Black and Latinx-owned businesses. As President of Legacy Holdings Group Fund l, Nathanael leads deal structuring and M&A activities, while holding a board seat at United Dairy and Grocers, where previously served as President, overseeing a successful acquisition. Earlier roles include CEO at Solomon & Sons Inc, leading significant real estate transactions, and President at World Changers, where Nathanael spearheaded initiatives for the homeless. Nathanael founded and grew Hot & Spicy/Former Ritz Caribbean Foods, significantly increasing revenue and developing partnerships in the food industry.
