Nikolett Frei is a seasoned recruitment and HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding at EY, Nikolett has previously held the position of Recruitment Lead at WHC Ltd and worked as an HR professional at Kennedy Executive Search. Prior to transitioning into recruitment, Nikolett held several positions in tax advisory, including Senior Tax Advisor and Tax Advisor at EY, as well as Tax Consultant at PwC. Academically, Nikolett holds a Master's degree in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, both from Corvinus University of Budapest.
