Omkar Bharate

Omkar Bharate is currently an Associate Vice President in Strategy and Transactions at EY, specializing in M&A and financial due diligence, after serving as a Senior Associate. Prior to EY, Omkar worked at PwC India from 2019 to 2021, where they performed various auditing and assurance tasks, including statutory and tax audits. Omkar is a Chartered Accountant, having graduated from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has completed all levels of the CFA program from the CFA Institute. Additionally, Omkar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce.
