Himanshu Dubey

Himanshu Dubey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management within the renewable energy and power sectors. Currently serving as Associate Vice President at InSolare Energy Pvt. Ltd., Himanshu oversees project management activities for over 250 MW of renewable energy projects, focusing on process improvement, team building, and enhancing customer satisfaction through the development of standard operating procedures. Previously, as General Manager of Projects at Ujaas Energy Limited, Himanshu managed the installation and commissioning of over 80 MW solar power plants while ensuring adherence to quality and customer expectations. With a strong foundation in electrical and instrumentation engineering from roles at Essar Projects India Limited, including Head of Department and Project Manager, as well as earlier experience as Project Engineer at Essar Steel, Himanshu has consistently demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects, optimizing resources, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders.
