Pooja Pradhan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and human capital consulting. Currently serving as a Senior at EY since October 2022, Pooja has led change and communication efforts for a major US defense client undergoing a business transformation, significantly contributing to the development of a CM Tool using PowerApps.
