Ricardo Leite

Ricardo Leite is a Partner at EY, where they have accumulated more than 15 years of experience in Internal and External Audit since joining the firm in 2008. They have engaged in numerous audits of listed companies regulated by CVM and possess extensive knowledge in risk management, financial statement reviews under BRGAAP, USGAAP, and IFRS, as well as compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. In addition to their auditing responsibilities, Ricardo currently serves as a guest professor at both Fundação Getulio Vargas and Universidade Federal Fluminense, teaching courses on accounting fundamentals and financial transactions. They hold a Master’s degree in Accounting from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and are pursuing postgraduate studies in Oil and Gas at COPPE/UFRJ.
