Rosario Segui is currently a Senior Talent Attraction and Acquisition Business Partner at EY, where they lead the end-to-end mass selection process and align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives. Rosario holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from UADE and began their career as a saleswoman at El Banquito before transitioning to an HR intern at Valvtronic S.A. They previously worked as a recruiter at EY, focusing on sourcing and screening candidates as well as managing the hiring paperwork. Bilingual in English, Rosario effectively applies their language skills in their current role.
