Sergey Nikitchuk

Sergey Nikitchuk, PMP, CISA, has extensive experience in leading large business transformations for key Russian clients by leveraging modern information technologies and best practices in business processes. They served as a Partner at EY since 2021 and previously held the position of Director in Technology at PwC Russia, managing a team of over 50 specialists in large-scale transformation programs. Sergey began their career as a Financial Analyst at BZK-Grain alliance and held various roles, including Project Manager at assino, where they implemented ERP systems for German subsidiaries in Russia. They also pursued advanced studies, completing a Ph.D. focused on management technology and lectured on corporate information system integration at Kharkiv State Technical University.
