Tara Rodarte

Tara Rodarte possesses extensive experience in talent development and performance management, particularly during a significant tenure at Ernst & Young from July 2000 to October 2017. In the role of Senior Performance Consultant, Tara promoted and advanced EY's global careers and performance programs by leveraging data analytics to understand employee motivations. As Associate Director of Americas Performance & Feedback, Tara established a performance management strategy for the Americas region and introduced innovative approaches to performance processes. Additionally, as Project Manager within the Talent Development Center of Excellence, Tara oversaw career milestone events and developed a career framework for new service lines. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University.
