Vedik Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant currently working as an Executive at EY, having previously served as a Senior Assistant at VCAN & Co. and an Associate at Agarwal & Choksi. With a year of experience in corporate valuation, Vedik has demonstrated expertise in conducting valuations for mergers and acquisitions in accordance with SEBI LODR and IBBI guidelines. They have also performed various audits, gaining a comprehensive understanding of auditing processes. In pursuit of further education, Vedik is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Commerce program at SOM Lalit Institute of Management Studies.
