Veljko Jovicic

Veljko Jovicic is the Director of Strategy and Transactions at EY, where they focus on creating social and economic value for clients through informed capital management and transaction advisory services. They support clients in acquisitions, mergers, and financial due diligence across various sectors, including financial services, food and beverage, and telecommunications. Veljko previously served as a Manager in Transaction Advisory Services and has extensive experience with audit engagements in multiple banks. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting, Audit, and Financial Management at the University of Belgrade and studying for the ACCA qualification.
