Wendy López

Wendy López is an HR Senior Consultant at EY, where they apply their expertise in global change management and digital transformation. Wendy successfully led global change management programs across more than 80 countries, enhancing engagement and learning strategies for over 42,000 employees. Previously, they held various roles at Schneider Electric, where they developed and executed change management and training strategies for significant projects. Wendy holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing an MSc in Human Resources from Trinity College Dublin.
