Michaela Humby is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across notable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at Peoplescape Consulting Group since March 2017, Michaela has also worked as a Fractional HR Director for ExxonMobil Proxxima™ Polyolefin Thermoset Systems from April 2021 to March 2024, providing expertise on people processes and policies during acquisitions. Additional experience includes a tenure as Interim Senior Compensation Manager at Glassdoor and roles at Google, QinetiQ, Air Products, Citigroup, and Bechtel Corporation. Michaela holds an MBA from Henley Business School and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Kingston University.
