Yehonatan Ben Ishay

Yehonatan Ben Ishay is an experienced professional currently serving as an Innovation Manager at EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution since May 2025. Prior to this role, Yehonatan worked as an Innovation Project Manager at Schneider Children's Medical Center of Israel, leading initiatives to enhance healthcare innovation from September 2023 to April 2025. Yehonatan also contributed to ASTERRA, a SpaceTech startup, by designing and implementing its first global HR infrastructure from June 2021 to May 2023.
