Rashida Ware

Rashida Ware is an experienced professional in the field of insurance verification and quality management, currently serving as the Group Team Leader at Eye Associates of New Mexico since February 2016. Additionally, Rashida has been with LHP since April 2011, holding various roles including Acting Training Manager, where responsibilities include managing training for new hires and up-skilling existing staff, achieving an 80% completion rate over 588 man hours.
