Francesca Venturi is an accomplished Veterinary Ophthalmologist with extensive experience in animal eye care. Since July 2013, Francesca has been practicing at Eye Care for Animals, focusing exclusively on ophthalmology. Prior to this role, Francesca completed an Ophthalmology Internship at Metropolitan Veterinary Hospital from August 2012 to June 2013 and a Small Animal Medicine and Surgery Internship at The Ohio State University from June 2011 to June 2012. Francesca holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Michigan State University, earned in 2011, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology from The University of Georgia, obtained in 2006.

About ECFA The Eye Care for Animals group is dedicated to providing the finest in veterinary ophthalmology services. Our staff of board certified ophthalmologists and clinical specialists provide the highest level of care, education, and understanding to our clients, their pets, and our referring veterinarians. Our ophthalmology services treat more than 25,000 patients a year. In addition, we provide consultation services at local Zoos and various wildlife rehabilitation organizations.
