Shaivya Tak has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Shaivya started their career in 2007 at Bank of America as a Team Developer in HR Shared Services. Shaivya then joined BlackRock in 2012 as a Lead HR Analyst, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, Shaivya joined Eli India as an HR Business Partner and remained with the company until 2018. Shaivya then moved to IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, where they worked for a year. Currently, Shaivya is associated with Eye Care Leaders, where they have held several roles including HR Manager, Senior HR Manager, General Manager of Human Resources, and currently serves as the Associate Director of Global HR.
Shaivya Tak completed their Bachelor's degree in General Science from Delhi University between the years 2002 and 2005.
