Sandhya Rani Kadiyam is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent strategy and human resource management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Firstsource since November 2020, Sandhya has previously held the role of Human Resources Business Manager at ACT FIBERNET, overseeing a workforce of 1200 in Andhra Pradesh across diverse business units. Sandhya's initial experience includes working as a management trainee, contributing to significant projects such as the implementation of an Automated Management System (AMS) and Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
