Poulomi Mitra

Poulomi Mitra is a highly skilled medical assistant currently employed at Superior Neurology since June 2024, responsible for patient check-ins, appointment scheduling, and performing diagnostic tests. With experience as an academic tutor at Eye Level Learning, Poulomi teaches K-8 mathematics and English, assessing individual student needs. Previous roles include being an undergraduate teaching assistant for introductory biology at The University of Texas at Austin and serving as a peer mentor and wellness educator. Poulomi also brings significant research experience, including a role as an undergraduate research assistant in the Maynard Lab focused on immunology, alongside participation in health and science initiatives such as the Hippocrates Fellowship. Poulomi co-founded a nonprofit organization aimed at providing educational support during the pandemic and holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, graduating with high honors in May 2024.
