Eye to Eye National
Cole Hendricks is an experienced professional in youth engagement and program management, currently serving as the Young Adult Impact Manager and Public Speaker at Eye to Eye National since November 2016. In this role, Cole leads workshops, shares personal experiences, and oversees a mentoring program across more than 25 schools in the U.S., collaborating with multiple departments to enhance program effectiveness and reach. Previous roles include National Program Coordinator, where Cole utilized metrics to optimize training and recruitment of leaders, and Program Intern, focusing on database management and student engagement. Additional experience includes a marketing volunteer role at Whyte Horse Winery and a camp counselor position at the Boys and Girls Club. Cole holds a Bachelor of Science in Animal Agribusiness from Purdue University and an Academic Honors Diploma from Noblesville High School.

Eye to Eye National
Eye to Eye is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the educational experiences and outcomes of students with learning and attention differences. Our near-peer mentoring program focuses on pairing middle school or high school/college students in an art room setting. Eye to Eye's in-person curriculum emphasizes critical social-emotional skills like metacognition and self-esteem, giving students self-awareness and confidence, traits that drive academic and life success. This spring, Eye to Eye will be launching a club-based model for high school and college students to promote community, advocacy, and leadership, as well as professional learning workshops for educators to help them best support their students in the classroom.
