Sharsten Plenge

Sharsten Plenge serves as Eyebeam’s Development Manager, supporting Eyebeam’s fundraising successes through creative collaboration, relationship building and identifying new opportunities for engaging community. She works on all aspects of fundraising and elevates partnerships built from shared opportunity and solidarity that emulate Eyebeam’s values-driven approach. Dedicated to driving touch-points that push the parameters of art, technological experimentation and participatory space in contexts perpetuating access, she created WOAH as an umbrella for her curatorial projects and co-founded FEMMEBIT, a platform highlighting female-identifying artists based in her native Los Angeles. Sharsten holds a BFA from NYU where she studied Studio Art and Urban Design and Architecture.
