Denisha McClary, MBA, COT, OSC, CTC, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Clinic Process and Training at EyeCare Partners, where responsibilities include managing corporate trainers and enhancing ophthalmology training content for improved clinic efficiency and consistency. Previously, Denisha held the position of Manager of Clinic Process and Training at Blue Sky Vision and also worked as a Certified Ophthalmic Technician at Grand Rapids Ophthalmology, focusing on clinic flow, revenue enhancement, and staff training. Denisha began a career in eye care as an Optometric Assistant at New Vision Eye Care and Pearle Vision, developing skills in patient care and operational management. Educational qualifications include an MBA with Distinction in Health Care Management from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University.
