Kirby Cole

Kirby Cole has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Kirby currently holds the position of Vice President of Talent Acquisition at EyeCare Partners, where they have been working since 2018. In their previous roles, they have served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at EyeCare Partners, Director of Talent Acquisition at EyeCare Partners, and Director of Recruiting at HireLevel. Kirby Cole obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Hickman from 1994 to 1997, although the degree and field of study for this period are unknown. Later, from 2006 to 2008, Kirby attended Webster University and earned a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development, specializing in the field of Human Resources Development.
