Maom Brenda Griner

Brenda Griner, MAOM, SPHR has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Brenda most recently served as the Regional Human Resources Director at EyeCare Partners since October 2019. Prior to that, Brenda was the Director of Human Resources at Benjamin Franklin Charter School from October 2018 to October 2019. Brenda also held the position of Human Resources Business Partner at Banner Health from 2016 to 2018. Brenda's earlier experience includes serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations at Rise Services from 2004 to 2016. In their role at Rise Services, they provided leadership and direction to the HR team, overseeing various aspects such as employee relations, worker's compensation, policy creation and maintenance, benefit administration and negotiations, recruitment, and talent management.

Brenda Griner, MAOM, SPHR completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Psychology from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Following that, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, graduating between 1998 and 2000. In terms of additional certifications, Brenda obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) in December 2015. Brenda also obtained the Human Resources Project Management Certification in December 2016, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is not specified.
