Tricia Toft

Tricia Toft has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Tricia is currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partnerships at EyeCare Partners since December 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at CVP, starting as a Senior Human Resources Manager in August 2000 and later becoming a Human Resources Manager in June 2005, where they remained until February 2021. Before joining CVP, Tricia worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Cincinnati Eye Institute from August 2000 to June 2005. Tricia began their career in human resources at Loveland Health Care Center as a Human Resources professional from September 1999 to June 2000.

Tricia Toft completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources at Wright State University from 1994 to 1999. Tricia also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the same institution, although the specific dates of completion are not provided.
