Nicholas Sottile

Nicholas Sottile is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and HR business partnerships. Currently serving as the Director of HR Business Partnerships at Real since April 2024, Nicholas previously held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at TeePublic from August 2023 to April 2024. Nicholas has extensive experience in talent acquisition roles at Bombas, where responsibilities included Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition & Retention Manager from July 2018 to June 2023. Past positions include Corporate Recruiter at Medix™ and FirstService Residential in California, as well as a Bank Teller at U.S. Bank and Flight Attendant at SkyWest Airlines. Nicholas earned a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology with a minor in Journalism from the State University of New York at Oswego and attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 2011 to 2013.
