Jarrod C. Harman, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jarrod C. currently holds the position of Associate Director at EyeCRO since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Boston Children's Hospital and Harvard Medical School starting from October 2021.

In 2016, Dr. Harman founded their own company, Harman Biotech & Consulting, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. Before that, they worked as a Research Associate III in Ophthalmology at LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans from November 2015 to October 2021.

Jarrod C.'sprevious roles also include working as a Quality Assurance Chemist at HONEYWELL SPECIALTY CHEMICALS from January 2015 to November 2015, and as an Environmental Scientist at Louisiana environ from January 2014 to February 2015.

In the field of academia, Dr. Harman worked as a Personal Trainer and an Organic Chemist TA at Marshall University from December 2011 to November 2013 and from May 2011 to August 2012, respectively. Jarrod C. also served as a Resident Advisor at Marshall University from June 2009 to December 2010.

Jarrod C. Harman, Ph.D. has an extensive educational background in the field of science. Jarrod C. began their undergraduate studies at Marshall University in 2008 and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Here, they are currently engaged in a postdoctoral training program known as the T32 Molecular Basis of Eye Disease Training Fellowship. During this program, they are focusing on Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Ophthalmology. This postdoctoral education and training program is scheduled to conclude in 2024.
