Sarah Pleasant

Sarah Pleasant has extensive experience in the food ingredient industry, having worked at Ingredion Incorporated since July 2001 in various roles including Senior Manager of Supply for Texture & Healthful Solutions for the US and Canada, and Senior Supply Manager for Specialty Starches. Other positions at Ingredion include Senior Manager of Demand Analytics, QA/QC Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Maintenance Planning and Stores Supervisor, Production Engineer, Production Manager, and Process Engineer. Prior to Ingredion, Sarah Pleasant gained experience as an Engineering Intern at Cargill from January 2001 to August 2002. Sarah Pleasant holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, graduating in 2001.
