Louisa Schibli has had an extensive and varied work experience. Louisa is currently serving as the Chief Engagement Officer at RuralWorks Partners, LLC since December 2021. Prior to that, they co-founded the Northern New England Women's Investor Network in 2018, and also founded their own consulting company, Louisa Schibli Consulting, in 2019. In 2015, they co-founded Milk Money Vermont, a platform for local investment opportunities. Other positions they have held include being a Board Member of Flexible Capital Fund, VTDigger, and Mercy Connections Inc. Louisa was also the VP Sales at EyeFitU AG, a Size-as-a-Service AI software company. Additionally, they founded The Xpat Xchange in 2001, which provided expat information and assistance in Switzerland. Louisa Schibli is a Fellow of the Vermont Leadership Institute and has completed their tenure there from 2020 to 2021.
Louisa Schibli began their education at The Chapin School from 1972 to 1980, followed by attending The Winsor School from 1980 to 1984. Louisa then went on to study at the University of Vermont from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. In 2019, Louisa pursued a Fellowship in Integrated Capital & Finance at the Just Economy Institute (formerly RSF's Integrated Capital Institute), which lasted until 2020. Additionally, in May 2020, they obtained certification as a Prof G Certified Strategist from Prof G.
