Ayanna Howard

Technical Advisor at EyeGage

Ayanna Howard is a Technical Advisor at EyeGage. Prior to their current position, they were the Chair of the School of Interactive Computing at the College of Computing at Georgia Tech from January 2018 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for all administrative, budgetary and personnel decisions within the school, as well as the leadership, management, and strategic vision for the next phase of the school’s growth. Howard also worked closely with the Dean and Associate Deans of the College of Computing to advance strategic initiatives of the School and College.

Before their time at Georgia Tech, Ayanna Howard was at Autodesk.

Ayanna Howard received their Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Brown University. Ayanna then went on to receive their Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. After working in the industry for a few years, they decided to return to school to get their Master of Business Administration from the Drucker School of Management. Finally, they completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical Engineering/Robotics/Computer Science from the University of Southern California.
