Darren Szczepanski

Darren Szczepanski is a seasoned expert in water quality forecasting and process optimization, boasting over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater treatment industry. As the Founder and Managing Director of Eldershine since July 2021, Darren specializes in building complex physico-chemical and machine learning models. Previously, Darren founded Salt Water, where focus was on process design and diagnostics for brine-to-salt applications across Australia and Southeast Asia. Darren has also held roles such as Technical Advisor at Envirosuite and Product Manager for their Smart Water product, leading the development of innovative solutions for water treatment. A graduate of The University of Queensland with a BE in Chemical Engineering, Darren has held various engineering and managerial positions at reputable organizations, including BG Group and GE Power & Water, enhancing expertise in advanced water treatment technologies and project management.
