LaVonda Brown

Founder & CEO at EyeGage

LaVonda Brown is the founder and CEO of EyeGage. LaVonda was previously a robotics research engineer and project director at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, where they managed a team and developed project scope. LaVonda also programmed UR5 robotic arms using C++ in the ROS framework to de-mold microfluidic devices from aluminum mold.

Brown has also worked as an assistant professor of electrical engineering at Louisiana State University and as a summer robotics camp coordinator and instructor at Morehouse College.

LaVonda Brown has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an MBA in Technical Product Management and Entrepreneurship from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business, and a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. LaVonda also has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering from Norfolk State University.
