Austin Holt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Austin is currently the Director of Internal Operations at Eyemart Express since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Petco, where they held multiple roles including Senior Manager of Services Expansion, Market Services Manager, and District Services Manager. At Petco, they were responsible for developing business models, strategic objectives, and growth plans for Mobile Services. Austin also managed the partner and guest experience, staffing, and P&L performance. Before Petco, Austin co-owned Top It Yogurt Shoppe, where they managed the P&L and day-to-day operations of the business. Austin planned promotions and events to drive traffic and revenue. Austin also has experience at Microsoft as a District Manager for Consumer and Device Sales, and as a Partner Store Specialist for US Retail Services. Austin managed teams responsible for training, merchandising, and sales execution. Additionally, Austin worked at Mosaic North America as a Retail Sales Trainer, ensuring merchandising excellence and brand integrity. Austin conducted store and market trainings to increase product knowledge and advocacy. Earlier in their career, Austin was a Department Leader at Best Buy, where they planned product launch trainings and developed sales capabilities of associates. Austin was also a member of the employee satisfaction and engagement group.

Austin Holt has an associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Cascadia College, which was obtained between 2010 and 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from WGU Washington, expected to be completed in 2024. Additionally, they hold a certification in CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA, obtained in 2016.
