Brendan Koren

Brendan Koren has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brendan started their career at Fresenius Medical Care as a Clinical Complaint Support Technician and later became a Product Complaint Coordinator, Team Lead. In this role, they demonstrated leadership skills by efficiently training newly hired staff and collaborating across departments to develop strategies for complaint management systems. Brendan then transitioned to the role of Financial Analyst at Fresenius Medical Care before moving on to become the Director of Operations at Fresenius Medical Care North America. Brendan also worked as the Director of Operations, Safety at Gaggle and held positions at Keplr Vision, including Director Of Planning And Procurement and Senior Associate, Corporate Development. Most recently, they served as the Director of Mergers, Acquisitions & Integration at Shopko Optical and is currently the Director of Business Development & Expansion at Eyemart Express.

Brendan Koren earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Boston University from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, Brendan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management from St. Ambrose University from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Brendan earned a certification in Six Sigma, Green Belt from Boston University in 2014.
