Lauren Gidden

Lauren Gidden joined Eyenovia in October 2017 as the Senior Quality Engineer, she was promoted to Quality Manger August 2018, Senior Quality Manager January 2020, Director of Quality July 2021, and Associate VP of Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance in January 2023. During her tenure at Eyenovia she launched a Quality Management system compliant to ISO13485:2016, 21 CFR Part 820, 210, & 211, supported IND and NDA applications, and helped facilitate the launch of two Eyenovia manufacturing sites. Prior to joining Eyenovia Lauren held several leadership positions within the Quality Department at NuSil Technology LLC. She began her career at NuSil in 2009 where she led multisite certifications for ISO13485:2016, ISO9001:2015, and AS9100 Rev. D. Lauren has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Purdue and is an ASQ Certified Quality Auditor.

Lauren holds a B.S. in Business with a Minor in Economics from California State University – Channel Islands.
