Katerina Ivanova

Katerina Ivanova has a strong background in UX research and project management. Katerina is currently working as a Research Lead at eyeo, where they lead a team of user researchers and analysts to support product teams. Prior to that, Katerina worked as a Research Lead at MindSpark Research, where they conducted mixed-method research for digital products and services. Katerina also has experience as a UX Research Consultant and a Senior Research & Project Manager at Sound Diplomacy, where they managed various projects and conducted feasibility studies. Additionally, Katerina has worked as a Market & Audience Research Specialist at SoundCloud and has experience in international online marketing. Overall, they have a wealth of experience in user research, project management, and delivering insights to inform product decisions.

Katerina Ivanova obtained a certification in UX Design from CareerFoundry in 2021. In addition, they also earned additional certifications in "Designing a Feminist Chatbot" from UAL Creative Computing, Institute of Coding in 2020, and "Introduction to SQL" from DataCamp in 2019.
