Michael Barone

Michael Barone has held numerous roles in the technology industry since 2004. Michael started their career as a Computer Hardware and Network Tech at Digital Dental Solutions in 2004. In 2009, they were a Feasibility Study at the State Research Foundation, and also Co-Founded and served as President & Chief Operating Officer at Distilled Solutions, LLC. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Network Administrator at GEM Consulting, and then a Director of Technology and Information Architect at Delta Logic from 2010 to 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were CTO at InvestRent, and then Lead Software Development Engineer at Waggle from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they were Owner, Lead Technician at Barone Technology Integration, and then Engineering Manager at EyeRate. Most recently, from 2014 to 2021, they were a Technology Specialist and Operations and Workflow Engineer for Creative Services, Analytics Programmer and Data Engineer for The Developing Hispanic Serving Institutions Grant, and LMS Administrator at California State University-Sacramento.

Michael Barone obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from California State University, Chico in 2009. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from edX, a Certified Neo4j Professional certification from Neo4j, and a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft. Additionally, in 2014 they obtained a Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center certification from Microsoft.
