Andy is also a Talent Optimization Consultant at Predictive Insight Pty Ltd, providing innovative tools for talent optimization. Additionally, Andy serves as an Ambassador at Eyesea, advocating for ocean health. With a background in various HR roles at companies like Higgins and Lloyds Banking Group, Andy is experienced in change management and HR strategy. Andy holds an MPhil (Hons) in HR Management from The University of Auckland and a BA in History and Business Management.
