Dawn Crawford has a strong background in human resources with a focus on talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development. Dawn Crawford is currently the Head of HR Integrations at EyeSouth Partners. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Candidate Experience at MountainSeed from 2020 to 2022. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as the Director of People Operations and Culture at IO Education powered by Illuminate Education. Dawn also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Patterson & Dewar Engineers, Inc. from 2012 to 2015, and as the Director of Corporate Training and Development at Mangrove Software from 2010 to 2012. Dawn Crawford served as the VP of Human Resources and Operations at Veredus, a Hays Company, from 2002 to 2010. Dawn began their career at Franklin Templeton Investments in 1998, where they held the role of SR Human Resources Advisor, managing the recruitment function and overseeing employee relations for the call center division.

Dawn Crawford obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, Accounting, and Management from Iowa State University. Dawn Crawford has further enhanced their professional qualifications through several certifications. Dawn expanded their knowledge and expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion by obtaining the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in October 2021. Dawn Crawford also earned a certification in Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn in August 2021. Furthermore, they are set to obtain the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional certification from MarshMcLennan Agency in June 2023.
