Aaron D'Costa Sullivan

Aaron D'Costa Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Aaron is currently the Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing at EyeWatch LIVE since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Management Consultant at AJD Consulting, LLC from June 2019 onwards. Before that, they served as the COO of True Connection Communities from August 2017 to June 2019. Aaron also held the position of COO at Symphony Senior Living from September 2016 to June 2017. Aaron has experience in real estate capital as well, having worked as the Director of Senior Living Acquisitions at Virtus Real Estate Capital from October 2012 to November 2016. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at Pathway to Living, where they served as the Chief Business Development Officer from May 2009 to November 2012, and as the Vice President of Customer Loyalty from June 2007 to May 2009. Aaron also has experience as an Owner/Consultant at Symphony Consulting from January 2001 to June 2007. Throughout their career, Aaron has demonstrated their expertise in management, strategic planning, operations, and business development.

Aaron D'Costa Sullivan obtained an MBA in International Business Strategy from The George Washington University School of Business from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Management & Communications from Virginia Wesleyan University between 1988 and 1992. In 2011, they also became a Certified Marketing Professional from LeadingAge institution.
